Creating a Team

Step 1: Select a Match

Select the match of your choice for which you want to create a team. Contests will open at least 24 hours before every match.

Step 2: Pick your players

You can create your team by picking 11 players within a budget of 100 credits. You have to pick a minimum number of players from each player type.

Player type	No. of players you can pick
Wicketkeeper	1 to 4
Batters	3 to 6
All-rounders	1 to 4
Bowlers	3 to 6

You can also check Player info by clicking on the 'i' alongside every player's name. You can also sort the players according to their respective teams, points scored and credits. 

The interface also shows the number of players selected, and it goes on changing as you keep picking players or deselecting them. The available credits keep changing simultaneously as well.

Step 3: Select your Captain and Vice-Captain

After picking all 11 players, you have to select a Captain and a Vice-Captain.

Your Captain [C] will give you 2x points

Your Vice-Captain (VC) will give 1.5x points

Click on the 'Save Team' button after this to confirm your team. You can edit your team and change your C & VC any time before the match starts.

Make sure you keep an eye on the deadline, which is the official start time of the match. Remember, you cannot create or edit your team after the deadline.

Finally, keep an eye on the green 'Playing' and red 'Not Playing' indicators for each player after the toss. Ensure that you only pick players who have been announced in the lineups for their respective teams and are part of the playing 11. 

Step 4: Creating Multiple Teams

You can create up to 20 teams for a match. You can join contests with all the teams you create.

All you need to do is click on the 'CREATE TEAM' option to make your next team.
